11 11 Phenomenon

The Gateway

11:11 make a wish! I’m sure you remember this saying, and maybe you still say it today. It is the only time of the day (using the 12 hour clock) that all the numbers on the clock are the same. Where does this saying come from? Should you even bother to make a wish? What makes this time so important and what is the significance of 11:11?

The reason I share this today is for the last week I have frequently looked at the clock or mobile telephone and it read 11.11, I had heard through the spiritual and new age grapevine that this has some significance and I am not a believer in mere co-incidences but rather in syncronicities and my intuition every time gave me a warm nod that somehow the universe was trying to communicate with me or give me a green light that I’m on the right path.

The numbers may be popping up in other areas of your life not only on clocks, perhaps on restaurant bills or other such paperwork.  It is believed that this is a sign of good luck and fortune, a time for making a wish or some kind of dimensional gateway.

In numerology the number 11 is a master number. It is the most intuitive number and is a clear channel to the subconscious. It is the number of leadership, personal power and spiritual truths. ‘Jesus’ in numerology breaks down to the number 11, and ‘Angels’ (plural) is the number 22 (11 + 11).

According to numerology the number 11 possesses the qualities of patience, honesty, spirituality, sensitivity, intuition and is idealistic.

The number 11:11 is a symbolic code that stirs within us a deep cellular memory, a most sacred and divine awakening to the innate power of our Soul.  When we see 11:11 our heart opens to the eternal nature of spirit and we are compelled to awaken to our deepest truths and the highest vision of our soul purpose here on Earth.

Even in the bible there seems to be some mystical spiritual significance to the passage.

It seems everyone today is talking about seeing 11:11 everywhere. In fact, in the popular movie I Origins, the concept comes up yet again. A highly scientific guy begins seeing 11:11 in many places and is guided to follow the numbers until he eventually meets a highly spiritual girl and there personalities collide. It’s a fascinating film about reincarnation and it truly makes the view think.

11:11 Decoded

“Eleven is the number of new beginnings.”

111 – the vision, illumination, channel to the subconscious, insight without rational thought, the gateway

11:11. This represents the spiraling twin strands of human DNA coming into consciousness.

11:11=4=4th dimension=time.

Eleven is a higher octave of the number two . It carries psychic vibrations and has an equal balance of masculine and feminine properties. Because eleven contains many gifts such as psychic awareness and a keen sense of sensitivity.

In systems such as Astrology and basic Numerology, eleven is considered to be a Master Number.

Ten being the perfect number, eleven represents the exceeding of both. It is interesting to note that eleven when broken down (1+1=2) comprises the Two of duality.

Here are some more theories on 11.11, feel in your intuition the significance these numbers have for you, if any!

Balance:  Your life is either gaining or becoming more in balance when you see 11:11.  This might also be an affirmation that your life is in complete balance as well.

Edgar Cayce: As I mentioned in a previous article, Edgar Cayce was quoted as saying, “The first lesson for six months should be One-One-One- One; Oneness of God, oneness of man’s relation, oneness of force, oneness of time, oneness of purpose, Oneness in every effort-Oneness- Oneness!”  Edgar may have meant, “The first lesson for six months should be 11:11.”

Fibonacci Sequence:  The first two numbers of the Fibonacci Sequence are 1,1.  The Fibonacci Sequence is basically tied into Sacred Geometry and the Golden Ratio of Creation, so this number would represent an end to physical reality as we know it.

Global Consciousness: When you see 11:11, you feel connected with the Universe and everyone else who is currently experiencing this phenomenon. You completely understand what “we are all one” means.

Numerology: The number 11 is a Master Number and represents impractical idealism, visionary, refinement of ideals, intuition, revelation, artistic and inventive genius, avant-garde, androgynous, film, fame, refinement fulfilled when working with a practical partner.

Synchronicity: Your life has become total balance and the lesson you need to learn will appear before you.  “When the pupil is ready, the master appears”.

Whenever this phenomenon occurs in your daily life my suggestion is to take a moment to acknowledge the spiritual significance it has for you, a moment to connect with the divinity and reflect our true essence.
