5 Tips
to
1. WIFI
Turn off the Wifi box before you go to sleep.
Your not using it so why get bombarded by these frequencies whilst you could be getting quality sleep.
2. MOBILE PHONES
Instead of putting against your ear, turn on the loudspeaker and keep a good arms length away from your brain.
We still do not know the damaging effects of having these devices close to our head.
3. HYDRATE
Wake up! Drink 2 glasses of water
One hour later…. Drink 2 glasses of water
Your probably well on your way to not being dehydrated then, keep up the drinking as you remember and feel the thirst.
4. AVOID PROCESSED FOODS
If you go to the grocery store do most of your shopping from the Fresh produce section.
Avoiding unnecessary packaging and processed foods.
Anything with more than one or 2 ingredients should be questioned if it’s good for the body’s vitality.
5. SLEEP
Try to go to bed by 10pm.
That way you’ll get a good nights rest and be ready for the coming day.
Stay in natures rhythm, sleep by night, awake by day.
