Then here is a quick and easy recipe to prepare that tastes as good if not better than the cooked version without the heaviness on your digestion of grains such as wheat and spelt.
First the pasta, you will need to use either a spiralizer or a hand rasp that gives long thin strands. The spiralizers come in many different designs and is easy to use and quick to wash.
The Spiralizer gives a more long bouncy stringy effect, one large Zucchini can often give enough pasta for two or three people, but remember this food is light and easy to digest so you many require a larger portion than normal grain pastas.
Now the sauce, keeping it simple to with these key ingredients, for a smooth sharp taste.
In a blender, combine fresh seasonal tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, date, garlic, thyme chives and parsley and puree until smooth. Season the sauce with seasalt and pepper.
Now you have a delicious and nutricious uncooked italian specialty.
Enjoy, you may even decide to replace the regualar pasta meals with the recipe on a regular basis.
